• Mindset and performance coaching
• Workshops, clinics, and in‑person events

2. Booking & Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refunds are not provided for digital products once accessed.
• Event and workshop cancellations may be subject to admin fees.
• If we cancel a session or event, you will receive a full refund or transfer.

4. Online Courses & Digital Content

• Access is granted for personal use only.
• Sharing, copying, or distributing content is prohibited.
• Login details must not be shared with others.

5. Coaching & Training Conduct

• You agree to participate responsibly and follow safety instructions.
• We reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately or breach terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, branding, and digital content remain the intellectual property of Elite Equestrian Coaching & Events Ltd.
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Liability

• Coaching and biomechanics sessions involve physical activity; you participate at your own risk.
• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from misuse of information or failure to follow guidance.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
