Client Agreement for Coaching

This Client Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries for coaching, biomechanics, and mindset services delivered by Elite Equestrian Coaching & Events Ltd.
1. Nature of services
Our services include:
•     Rider biomechanics coaching
•     Equipilates‑based movement training
•     Mindset and performance coaching
•     Somatic awareness and movement education
•     Workshops, clinics, and online training
These services are educational and developmental, not medical or therapeutic.

2. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
•     Participate honestly and responsibly
•     Disclose relevant health or injury information
•     Follow safety instructions
•     Attend sessions on time
•     Use course materials for personal use only

3. Coach responsibilities
We agree to:
•     Provide professional, ethical coaching
•     Maintain confidentiality except where legally required
•     Deliver sessions with care, skill, and appropriate expertise
•     Provide clear communication and boundaries

4. Confidentiality
All personal information is confidential unless:
•     Required by law
•     There is risk of harm to you or others
•     You give written permission

5. Payment and cancellations
Payments must be made before sessions or programmes begin.
Cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property
All materials, videos, worksheets, and course content remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, share, or distribute content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

You participate in coaching and biomechanics sessions at your own risk.
We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from:

• Failure to follow instructions
• Pre‑existing conditions
• Misuse of information
• Actions taken outside sessions

Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so.

8. Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship with written notice.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
