This Refund Policy explains how Elite Equestrian Coaching & Events Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles refunds for coaching services, biomechanics sessions, workshops, clinics, online courses, and digital products.

Services covered

  • Rider biomechanics coaching
  • Equipilates‑based movement sessions
  • Mindset and performance coaching
  • Workshops, clinics, and in‑person events
  • Online courses and digital content
  • Memberships and subscription‑based programmes

1. Coaching sessions (in‑person or online)

  • Sessions cancelled with 48 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled without charge.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non‑refundable.
  • Missed sessions (“no‑shows”) are non‑refundable.
  • If we need to cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

2. Workshops, clinics, and events

  • Tickets are non‑refundable, but may be transferred to another participant with written notice.
  • If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or transfer to a future date.
  • Weather‑related cancellations follow venue or organiser policy.

3. Online courses and digital products

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not offered once access has been granted.
  • If you experience technical issues, we will support you to regain access.

4. Programmes, memberships, and multi‑session packages

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used packages.
  • Payment plans must be completed in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
